  • PopDrop is not your average merch store. We’re a chaos-curated, culture-drenched, Gen Z streetwear brand born from 2AM memes and rebellion. Our drops are loud, limited, and made for anime lovers, digital introverts, Pinterest warriors, and the glitch-core fam. If you’ve ever wanted to wear a personality, not a trend — you’ve found your tribe.

2. What makes PopDrop different from other streetwear brands?

We don’t copy trends. We set them. No factory-made clones or boring basics. Every drop is limited, original, and packed with unfiltered expression. No restocks. No fluff. Just curated chaos. Each fit you buy becomes a collector’s piece — a wearable moodboard stitched with attitude.

3. Why do you call it a ‘drop’ instead of a collection?

Because we’re not running a conveyor belt. PopDrop doesn’t do mass production — we drop exclusive heat, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Each drop is limited-edition, handcrafted, and never reprinted. This isn’t fast fashion. It’s a fashion riot.

4. Who designs your stuff?

Our designs come from a tight crew of in-house artists and collaborators who live inside the same worlds you do — anime subreddits, YouTube rabbit holes, glitch-core Pinterest boards, and 3AM existential crises. Every design has heart, edge, and a reason to exist.

5. How do I stay in the loop for new drops?

Quality, Fit & Care

1. What kind of fabric do you use?

We don’t play when it comes to fabric. Expect heavy GSM 100% premium cotton for tees, dense fleece for hoodies, and long-lasting print techniques that don’t crack after 2 washes. Feels soft, wears hard. Designed to outlive trends — and your old closet.

2. How do I know what size to order?

We keep it real: each product has its own size guide with measurements in cm/inches. Most fits are unisex and slightly oversized. Want it baggy? Size up. Want it clean? Stick to your regular. Still confused? DM us with your height + fit preference — we got you.

3. Will it shrink or fade after washing?

Nope. All our pieces are pre-shrunk and made with high-quality inks. To keep your fit looking fresh: cold wash, inside out, no bleach, and air-dry or tumble low. It’ll stay poppin’ longer than your last situationship.

4. Is PopDrop ethically made?

Yup. No sweatshops, no shady biz. We work with verified local manufacturers who pay fair wages. Every piece you wear supports conscious craftsmanship and homegrown hustle.

5. Why don’t you restock sold-out items?

Because we’re not trying to be everyone’s favorite brand — just yours. PopDrop is about drops, not stockpiles. Once a piece sells out, it’s history. This keeps your fits rare, and your vibe unmatched.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long will it take to get my order?

Each drop is printed fresh — we don’t sit on stale inventory.

  • Printing Time: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on your location

Metro areas get it in 2–5 days. Tier 2/3 cities might take up to 7–10. You’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS once it’s on the move.

2. Do you ship across India? What about globally?

PopDrop ships across India — from metros to midtowns to that cool café you’re probably sitting in right now. ��
We’re growing fast, and soon we’ll go global. For now, if you’ve got a valid Indian pin code, you’re good to go.

3. How much does shipping cost?

India orders: Free shipping on prepaid orders ₹499+. We show you the exact cost before you hit “Pay Now” — no sneaky fees, ever.

COD?? Not just yet — but soon!

4. Can I change my address after placing an order?

Only if it hasn’t shipped yet. DM or email us ASAP with your order ID and the correct address. If it’s already en route, we’ll try our best — but no guarantees once the courier’s got it.

5. My order is late / stuck. What now?

Need to reroute your heat? If your order hasn’t been printed yet, email us ASAP at info@thepopdropstore.com. We’ll do our best to update it before it flies out.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. What’s your return policy?


Didn’t vibe with your drop? No worries — you’ve got 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Just make sure the item’s unworn, unwashed, and tagged. If it's been worn out to flex on the 'Gram, we can't take it back. 😅

2. How do I exchange for another size?

Ordered large, felt medium? Happens to the best of us. Just hit up our return portal or email us for an exchange. We’ll guide you through the pickup and once we receive your item, we’ll ship the right size — if it’s in stock.

➡️ We charge a flat ₹100 per order for exchanges and returns — helps us cover reverse logistics.

3. Do you accept returns on sale or drop items?

All our limited drops and sale items are final sale — no returns, no exchanges. They're rare for a reason. Have sizing doubts? Reach out before checkout — we got you.

4. What if I received something wrong or damaged?

Our bad — and we’ll fix it, no questions asked. Just send us a pic of the issue within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it ASAP (or issue store credit if it’s sold out).

5. How do refunds work?

We don’t do cash refunds.
